Eric Whitlock has 12 years of experience in real estate and takes great care to get to know his clients, learn their needs and motivations, before carefully crafting a plan and setting expectations that lead his clients to success. Shortly before graduating with his MS Degree from RIT, he started his real estate career with HUNT Real Estate. After completing his graduate degree in 2011, he also joined HUNT Commercial Real Estate, to become a commercial agent.
During his first four years in real estate, he was a listing agent and a selling agent of several distinctive properties, rare. Since then, he has also been building his professional presence like no other in his market and pushing the envelope on marketing and client care.
As a proven performer, Eric is known to go above and beyond for his clients. He also provides them with all the tools unique to HUNT as well as other contemporary marketing services.
In 2015 he became an Associate Broker with both HUNT companies. He also earned the ERA Real Estate Distinctive Properties Certification and additional industry credentials during his career. Specialized credentials for REALTORS® acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors.

In 2014, Eric had a rare and unique opportunity that changed his life and career with the opportunity to meet and receive luxury real estate training with celebrity Realtors who star on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing. These took place in New York, Miami, & Beverly Hills.
Additionally, a few weeks later; at the end of the webinars, Eric traveled to New York in February to meet The Eklund Gomes Team. Eric participated in real estate group discussions, and tour luxury condo listings in Manhattan, Soho and Tribeca, followed by networking dinners with colleagues.
