He has been active in the real estate community through the Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS® (GRAR) and the New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS® (NYSCAR), contributing to professional collaboration and industry engagement.

Eric Whitlock started his real estate career in 2010 with HUNT Real Estate ERA. In addition, Eric was also licensed with HUNT Commercial Real Estate from 2011 until early 2023, where he began operating exclusively with HUNT Real Estate ERA.

Eric is a sought-after real estate professional, blazing trails with his career, as of 2025, he has accumulated a decade and a half of real estate experience and credibility.
